Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are issued by IFREQ SRL, registered office at Watertorenlaan 12-14, 1930 Zaventem (Belgium), registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0787.244.773 ("IFREQ"). This showcase site (ifreq.io) presents our Services and lets you apply to a session or contact us; it does not process any online payment or purchase. When an IFREQ Test or IFREQ Days program is offered for a fee, it is booked and paid for through the IFREQ app or on site, and the sale terms below apply as soon as that booking is confirmed, regardless of the channel used.
1. Preamble
These Terms govern how IFREQ evaluation tests ("IFREQ Test") and IFREQ Days programs offered by IFREQ SRL are carried out. Participating in an IFREQ Test or IFREQ Days program implies full acceptance of these Terms by the participant, whether a player, parent, club or any other entity ("the Client").
2. Purpose
The IFREQ Test aims to measure certain dimensions of a player's performance across technical, tactical, physical and mental criteria, using the methodology developed by IFREQ SRL. IFREQ Days is an immersive program that may include tests, training sessions, matches and analysis time. Neither the IFREQ Test nor IFREQ Days guarantees a trial, a signing or a professional career.
3. Price and payment terms
The price of an IFREQ Test or an IFREQ Days program, when paid, is set according to the rates in effect at the time of registration in the app or on site. Payment must be made in full before the test or program takes place, using the payment methods accepted by IFREQ SRL.
4. No refund policy
Any paid registration to an IFREQ Test or IFREQ Days is final. No refund will be granted after payment confirmation, except in case of cancellation initiated by IFREQ SRL. By confirming a registration, the Client acknowledges that the service is performed on the agreed date, which excludes any right of withdrawal under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law for services performed on a fixed date.
5. Rescheduling or cancellation
If the Client cannot attend on the scheduled date, they may request a reschedule, subject to availability and IFREQ SRL's approval. No refund is granted for a Client's absence. If IFREQ SRL cancels for reasons beyond its control, a new date will be offered or, failing that, a credit valid for another session.
6. Liability
IFREQ SRL commits to carrying out its evaluations under the best conditions. However, the company cannot be held liable for the results obtained by the Client, nor for decisions made by clubs or third parties based on IFREQ evaluations. The Client is responsible for their physical and medical condition before taking part in a test or program. IFREQ SRL cannot be held liable for injuries or incidents occurring during a session, absent proven fault on its part.
7. Use of the website
Access to the ifreq.io website is free. You agree to use it fairly, without attempting to disrupt its operation or access data not intended for you. The site's content (text, visuals, the IFREQ brand) is the property of IFREQ SRL or its partners and may not be reused without prior written authorization.
8. Confidentiality and data protection
Data collected via the site and as part of an IFREQ Test is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. The Client agrees that certain data may be shared with clubs or partners in the IFREQ network as part of developing the player's profile and visibility, without this constituting a guarantee of recruitment.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent courts of IFREQ SRL's registered office.
10. Acceptance of terms
By registering for an IFREQ Test or IFREQ Days program, or by using the ifreq.io website, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms in full.
